SaaSholic Investors privacy
This page explains how SaaSholic Investors handles information used to provide the investor portal and sign-in.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the email address and verified-email status associated with the Google account you use. The portal uses that information to identify the sign-in address. Investor access is granted only when the address matches an approved investor membership. Staff Google sign-in has a separate organization-only control.
Investor account data
The portal reads account, investment, entitlement, report, and preference data from SaaSholic’s investor read models. Access is limited to the investor account or accounts authorized for the signed-in address or staff session.
Email sign-in
Email sign-in uses a single-use, expiring link tied to the requested email address. Delivery is handled by the configured portal email service.
Security and audit
Sign-in requests use short-lived browser-bound state. Successful and denied sign-in events are recorded in the application audit trail with the sign-in address and outcome details used to protect the service and investigate access issues.
SHLC.AI questions
If you use SHLC.AI in the portal, your prompt, the generated response, account context needed to scope the answer, citations, and model metadata are recorded in the account-scoped assistant log. Authorized SaaSholic administrators can review that log. The portal currently sends the information needed to answer the question to Azure OpenAI as its configured model provider.
Product analytics and support
For signed-in investors, SaaSholic may associate bounded portal-use events with your verified name, email address, and Investor Account name to improve the product and personalize support. We do not send financial values, SHLC.AI questions or answers, form content, or documents through this analytics path. Automatic page capture and session replay are disabled.

You can use Google sign-in or request a magic link. If you believe the account or access details are wrong, contact the SaaSholic team.
